Behavioral Health Technician Lead Evening

Pay: $15 before differentials

• Assist in training new hire Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and delegating tasks to BHTs.
• Assist in creating and maintaining schedules, including staff, holiday, and outreach schedules.
• Provide shift coverage during days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled based on program needs.
• Verify client leave passes, monitor clients  plans while on pass, and check clients in/out as necessary.
• Conduct breathalyzer and urinalysis testing as necessary.
• Participate in peer support consultations as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
