Collington, A Kendal Affiliate, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Social Worker to support residents’ emotional and psychosocial well-being across all levels of care.
This role promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life by providing case management, advocacy, and family support to residents and their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide counseling, education, and resource referrals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Uphold residents’ rights and advocate for their needs
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
- Licensed in MD
- Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and documentation skills
Salary: Up to $90,000/year, based on experience
