Behavioral Health Technician Trainer

We provide services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well‑being.

Facility level trainer responsible for BHT training, coordination of training schedules, and conducting BHT competency evaluations. Pay: $17hr-$19hr

• Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs.
• Facilitate BHT onboarding trainings; other trainings as needed.
• Test and review onboarding and training materials.
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials and equipment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate records of trainee attendance, progress and achievements.
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Conduct employee surveys and interviews to measure training efficacy.
• Remain up to date on organizational policies and procedures; able to answer questions from trainees during sessions.
• Participates in work groups and gets involved in performance improvement of our organization.
• Conduct competency evaluations for the Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Licensure, & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate Degree Preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in residential drug and alcohol treatment setting preferred.
