Aircraft Refueler

Bournemouth International Airport is recruiting Aircraft Refuelling Technicians to join our professional Airfield Operations team.

This is a hands‑on, safety‑critical role at the heart of airport operations. You’ll be responsible for aircraft into‑plane refuelling and fuel storage activities, ensuring every task is carried out safely, compliantly and to the highest operational standards.

• Deliver safe and compliant aircraft refuelling operations
• Support fuel storage and stock control activities
• Maintain accurate fuel movement and sales records
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental and regulatory standards
• Act as a professional first point of contact for airline customers
• Follow emergency procedures where required
• Participate in training to maintain technical competence

You’ll work across both Aircraft Refuelling and Fuel Storage operations.

This role operates on a varied shift pattern including early starts, late finishes, weekends and occasional overtime. Flexibility is essential to support operational coverage.

• HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Good written and verbal communication
• Accurate numerical and data entry skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
