What You Will Do:

Carry out thorough assessments to understand the needs, risks, and strengths of children and young people in care.

Develop, implement, and regularly review care plans aimed at promoting the welfare, stability, and long-term outcomes of children on your caseload.

Maintain clear, accurate, and timely case recordings and reports in line with legislation, procedures, and best practice.
