Fire & Security Installation Engineer
Up to £38,000 basic (OTE £42,000+) | Full-time
Are you an experienced Fire & Security Installation Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a growing, forward-thinking business?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding fire and security specialist that delivers high-quality solutions to commercial and residential clients. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a skilled Installation Engineer to their team.

The Role
You'll be responsible for installing a range of fire and security systems, ensuring every project is completed professionally, safely, and in line with regulations.
You'll work on a variety of sites, delivering projects on time while maintaining excellent customer service throughout.
What You'll Be Doing
Installing intruder alarms, IP CCTV, access control and fire detection systems
Ensuring all installations meet industry standards and compliance requirements
Working independently or alongside a team to complete projects to spec
Communicating clearly with clients and providing smooth system handovers
Completing all relevant installation documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience within the fire and security industry
Strong experience installing intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and fire systems
Relevant qualifications or industry certifications (desirable)
Good communication skills and a professional manner on site
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
Full UK driving licence
