Fisher Civils Limited are currently recruiting an experienced 360 Excavator Operator Supervisor with SSSTS for ongoing works in the Bournemouth area.
This is a hands on role combining both operating machines with supervisory responsibilities on site.
Duties will include safe excavation works for installations, bulk excavation and associated groundwork activities, while overseeing works, maintaining site standards and supporting site management.
Requirements
• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket
• SSSTS qualification
• Proven experience operating machines
• Previous experience in a working supervisor or lead operator role
• Good understanding of site safety, RAMS and safe systems of work
• Ability to lead by example and coordinate works on site
This is an ongoing position with immediate start available for the right candidate
