Mobile Multi:

Skilled Maintenance Engineer (AC Biased)

Location:

Bournemouth and South Coast, United Kingdom.
Salary up to GBP 50,000 plus company van, fuel card and excellent benefits.

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment, with a primary focus on AC systems (splits, VRVs, AHUs, chillers, etc.).
• Carry out minor installations and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems (lighting, power, plumbing, fire alarms basic fault finding).
• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients and colleagues professionally.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately.

• Proven experience as a Mobile Multi:
  
  Skilled Maintenance Engineer within an FM environment.
• Strong AC qualifications (e.g., F:
  
  Gas Category
  1) and extensive experience with various AC systems.
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations) desirable.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and general building services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
