Overview

In every store, there is a talented Five Guys General Manager who manages, controls and is accountable for the store's day to day operations and results. This includes leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability and optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service. Our General Managers are our brand ambassadors, they ensure we deliver an excellent level of customer service while demonstrating leadership, coaching and direction.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable and responsible for the entire store and the people within.
  • Developing and managing the store team, while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries.
  • Lead from the front and be hands-on at times, working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers.
  • Own your P&L; drive sales whilst controlling costs.
  • Ensure the store runs smoothly day-to-day and plan for long-term success.
  • Spot potential and develop your team to create a strong talent pipeline.
  • Drive the Five Guys culture by role modelling our values.
  • Create an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun.
  • Responsible for reward and recognition.
