Senior Store Assistant – Keyholder

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly individual to support our retail team at Toolstation Bournemouth Castlepoint.

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Provide outstanding service to customers, staying efficient during busy times.
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience. Experience of key holder or supervising team members is preferred.
