This is an exciting full-time, on-site role based in Bournemouth for a Senior Sales Negotiator at Countrywide Estate Agents. The Senior Sales Negotiator will manage the day-to-day operations of property sales, providing exceptional customer service and maximizing opportunities to generate revenue. This entails building relationships with clients, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting clients throughout the buying and selling process.

The role also involves working closely with the team to meet and exceed branch sales targets.

• Proven experience in Estate Agents and Lettings
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with clients
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales techniques and strategies
• Detail-oriented with excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using relevant property management systems and software
• A proactive and driven mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is preferred
