This is an opportunity to take ownership of all quality processes and act as the primary authority for compliance across a regulated environment.

As a Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining the AS9100, ISOand NADCAP Quality Management Systems
Ensuring compliance for all product Quality Assurance activities
Leading and closing out non conformances, analysing root cause and implementing preventative actions
Acting as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality matters
Planning and facilitating internal and external audits, ensuring frameworks are met
Overseeing the Quality Inspection department including mentoring and equipment oversight

As a Quality Manager, your experience will include:

Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar quality leadership role
Experience supporting and participating in internal and external audits
Managing non conformance databases, including supplier and customer NCRs
In depth understanding of regulated standards such as AS9100, ISOand NADCAP
Strong problem solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organisational levels
