We’re partnering with a growing consumer healthcare business to recruit an Junior Brand Manager, a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career looking to build experience within FMCG and retail‑led environments
.

• Support brand and trade marketing plan development and execution
• Gather and analyse category and competitor insights
• Assist with trade activity delivery, reporting and analysis
• Coordinate agency briefs (creative, media, POS, packaging)
• Prepare presentations, reports and internal updates
• Support National Account Managers with trade plans and materials
• Track marketing spend and support budget reviews
• Liaise cross‑functionally to ensure continuity of supply
• Support sales and profit forecasting

• Some marketing experience (internship, placement or entry‑level role)
• FMCG, retail or consumer products exposure is an advantage
• Interest in Health & Beauty / OTC / regulated markets
• Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) or relevant degree preferred
• Confident with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Organised, detail‑focused and eager to learn
