Your MissionAs Social Media & Content Manager for Tom Gozney, you’ll act as both steward and amplifier of his digital presence across the wider Gozney ecosystem. This role blends strategic clarity with operational excellence - shaping how Tom’s voice shows up online while ensuring every channel runs with consistency, relevance and intent.
You won’t simply be scheduling posts. You’ll be translating founder vision into compelling, culturally attuned storytelling - building platforms that feel authentic, dynamic and deeply connected to the world around them. Every piece of content should serve a bigger narrative, strengthening both personal legacy and brand impact over time.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Content Calendar
Lead weekly, monthly and seasonal planning across Instagram, Linked In and You Tube, with a view to expanding into Tik Tok and podcast formats where relevant. You’ll ensure content is purposeful, cohesive and aligned to broader business priorities.
Balance Planning with Agility
While you’ll bring structure and foresight to the calendar, you’ll also know how to pivot quickly. Diaries shift, opportunities emerge and culture moves fast - you’ll be ready to respond without losing strategic focus.
Channels and Growth
Take ownership of day-to-day channel management, ensuring consistent publishing, community engagement and steady growth in reach and relevance. You’ll nurture an audience that feels connected, not just accumulated.
Translate Vision into Story
Work closely with Tom and the wider team to turn ideas, conversations and long‑term ambition into content that resonates. You’ll help shape and evolve a strategy designed to scale while staying grounded in authenticity.
Coordinate Creative Production
Oversee shoot logistics in collaboration with the Content Creator - from early concepting and scheduling to managing deliverables and ensuring everything lands on time and on brief.
Work alongside the Gozney social and content team to align on campaigns that will naturally cross‑over.
Stay Ahead of Culture
Remain plugged into industry shifts, digital trends and emerging formats, using cultural insight to inform smarter creative decisions - whether that’s platform nuance, generational tone or broader market movements.
Track Performance & Optimise
Use platform analytics and performance data to assess what’s working and why. You’ll review, refine and evolve content strategies regularly, balancing instinct with evidence.

Discretion is second nature to you. You’re comfortable working alongside senior leadership and handling confidential projects with professionalism and trust.
Experience- 2–4 years’ experience in social media management or content strategy, ideally supporting founder‑led and personal brands or culturally driven businesses
- Proven experience managing Instagram, Linked In and You Tube; familiarity with Tik Tok and podcast formats is a bonus
- Strong editorial judgement - you understand what captures attention, builds emotion and drives engagement
- Solid project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Experience working closely with senior individuals and navigating confidential initiatives
