Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager
Growth HQ is a fast-growing performance partnerships agency working with startups and scale-ups in fintech, retail, health, and everything in between. Senior Account Executive at Growth HQ are client lead on Launch service level clients and a key part of project teams for Scale and Grow service level clients.
Your role will be multi-faceted:
- Project Manager - You will manage the relationship with some client accounts and coordinate the execution of the projects internally. This includes client communications, strategy setting, QBRs, communicating clear deliverables/KPIs, affiliate SaaS provider management, campaign onboarding and ensuring your colleagues are clear on their responsibilities within each account’s strategy.
- Deal closer - On most of your accounts, you’ll close and onboard the majority of deals to push the affiliate programs forward. You’ll coach more junior team members to pick up larger negotiations over time.
- Data analyst - You’re on top of the performance of your accounts, know what to do to hit KPIs, can explain campaign performance and spot growth opportunities.
- Budget owner - You will be responsible for the revenue your clients contribute to the agency.

It would be great if you...
- Have worked in affiliate marketing (brand, agency or publisher side) at an Exec or Senior Exec level
- Have experience coaching and/or managing junior team members
- Are based in Dorset (UK) - the team works 4 days from the office and 1 day from home
