Glass Factory Worker - Full Time, Immediate Start

đź’° ÂŁ12.21 per hour, rising to ÂŁ12.94
We’re a family‑run glass factory, making windows and glazing units for over 30 years. We’re looking for a strong, reliable person to join our team as a Trainee Glass Worker
.
- Lift and move glass and window units
- Learn to measure, cut, and handle glass safely
- Learn basic welding
- Help with glazing and UPVC window production
- Keep your work area tidy and follow safety rules
- Strong and reliable, happy to work hard
- Comfortable standing and lifting heavy items all day
- Some experience in a physical job helps (warehouse, construction, factory)
- Good attention to detail and comfortable measuring items accurately.
- Keen to learn new skills and build a long‑term career
- Full training - no experience needed
- Pay rises as your skills grow
