Duties & Responsibilities as Branch Manager:
Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centred way Deliver services effectively and efficiently, and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services, including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams, etc.
Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all groups of staff within the team have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities. Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possible As a Branch Manager, you will be offered the following:
Salary £35,100
