Are you an experienced Lift Engineer or Supervisor looking to step into a senior operational role where you can take full ownership of performance, profitability, and service delivery?

This role would suit a commercially aware lift professional who enjoys leading engineers, improving operational performance, and taking accountability for both technical standards and financial results.

The Role:

Oversee the service and repairs division across the branch
Manage and support a team of lift engineers
Drive profitability through margin control and repair conversion
Support complex fault diagnosis and technical escalations
Monitor contract performance both commercially and operationally
Ensure compliance with LOLER, BS EN 81, and industry standards
Work closely with the Managing Director to support business growth

The Person :

Strong lift engineering background
Experience managing or supervising engineers
