We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager / Senior Project Manager for an immediate start on a live, high-value healthcare project in Bournemouth. This is a fast-paced, technically demanding role and only candidates who meet the criteria below should apply.

This position requires a proven professional who can operate confidently in an intense delivery environment, manage complex stakeholders, and take full ownership of programme, cost, quality, and risk on a major MEP package.

Key Requirements:

* Minimum 8–10 years’ experience operating at Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level

* Proven track record delivering high-value MEP contracts

* Healthcare project delivery experience is strongly preferred

* Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and coordination

* Experience working on fast-paced, high-pressure construction projects

* Confident managing subcontractors, programmes, commercial performance, and client interfaces

* Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision

This is not a role for step-ups or candidates lacking depth of experience. The project is aggressive in terms of pace, technical complexity, and management responsibility, and requires the right individual to maintain momentum and standards.
