Pay range: £52,413 – £60,357 (pro rata for part‑time colleagues).

To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. This reflects our commitment to equity across the organisation and aligns with the approach taken with existing staff during the transition. WhatYou’ll Do
- Improve the performance of commissioned supported housing services.
- Work closely with providers to foster innovation and person‑centred delivery.
- Highlight national good practice in the homeless sector and support providers in learning and training.
- Identify opportunities to increase service throughput and enhance customer outcomes.
- Proven administrative experience and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, using initiative to manage a varied workload.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
- Professional, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering positive change.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with a spectrum of stakeholders.
