Pay range: £52,413 – £60,357 (pro rata for part‑time colleagues).

To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. • Improve the performance of commissioned supported housing services.
• Work closely with providers to foster innovation and person‑centred delivery.
• Highlight national good practice in the homeless sector and support providers in learning and training.
• Identify opportunities to increase service throughput and enhance customer outcomes.

• Proven administrative experience and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, using initiative to manage a varied workload.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering positive change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with a spectrum of stakeholders.
