Cleaning Operative – Bournemouth ✨

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to deliver high-quality cleaning services within one of our key homelessness support services in Bournemouth.

This vital role helps ensure our accommodation provides a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for the people we support as they move towards greater independence.

You will be responsible for cleaning:

• Communal areas
• Office spaces
• Void (empty) properties

You’ll carry out general cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard, always taking a value-for-money and continuous improvement approach. Delivering excellent customer satisfaction will be at the heart of everything you do.

As part of a small, supportive team, you’ll play an important role in building positive, trusting and respectful relationships with customers who are preparing to move forward in their lives. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safe and dignified space they can call home.
