• Salary: £23,000 – £27,000 (Based on experience)
• Contract: Full-time, Permanent
• Requirement: Previous experience in building maintenance or a trade (e.g., electrical or plumbing) is highly desirable.

• Grounds Maintenance: Ensuring the external areas are kept tidy and safe, including litter picking, basic gardening, and clearing paths during winter weather.
• Contractor Liaison: Supervising external contractors on-site to ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Cleaning Oversight: Working closely with the cleaning team to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained across all classrooms and communal areas.
• Reactive Repairs: Responding quickly to site emergencies, such as leaks or broken windows, to minimize impact on teaching and learning.
