Job Overview

As Hotel Maintenance Assistant you'll be responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained and in good working order. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring the hotel's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and employees. This role is unlike any other in our hotel and you'll play a crucial role in ensuring guests have a first‑class, enjoyable, comfortable stay.

• Respond to maintenance requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other hotel systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of hotel facilities and grounds.
• Identify potential maintenance issues before they become larger problems.

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other hotel equipment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify potential maintenance issues early.
• Time‑management skills to prioritize key projects.
• Basic technical skills with computer systems, maintenance‑management software, and digital tools.
