Corporate Solicitor Associate / Senior Associate - Bournemouth
A forward thinking and highly regarded corporate team is looking to welcome an experienced Corporate Solicitor during an exciting phase of strategic growth. This Legal 500 ranked team is known for its quality of work, strong client relationships and collaborative culture offering you the chance to get involved in high value, complex transactions from day one.
This is an ideal role for someone with 4-6 years' PQE who wants to take on high quality work and progress quickly within a respected team.
Working with a diverse client base that spans local owner managed businesses, regional enterprises and well known national brands, you'll handle a stimulating corporate caseload including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
The RoleYou'll be stepping into a well established corporate practice with the opportunity to:
- Manage your own caseload of corporate transactions with autonomy
- Support senior colleagues on larger, more complex deals
- Advise on M&A, restructures, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and general corporate matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering commercially focused advice
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
You will be:
- A qualified solicitor with 4-6 years' PQE in corporate law
- Confident handling transactional matters independently
- Technically strong with a solid academic background
- Exceptional communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
- Someone with an existing network or the ability to generate new work (highly advantageous)
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
