In this role, you will advise clients on a wide range of disputes, including commercial contract issues, insolvency matters, professional negligence claims, corporate conflicts, shareholder agreements and defamation cases. Your work will span sectors such as Financial Services, Retail and Transport.

We are seeking a candidate with significant commercial litigation experience, strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development to help expand the practice.
