Overview

Working with our Communication Developers, you'll help create, develop and amend communications and templates. You'll gather business requirements for new communications. You'll manage queries and issues, making simple changes and fixes. Our team uses systems including NEXT, Smart Comms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Azure Dev Ops, plus some legacy platforms. We'll support you with learning the platforms you haven't used before.

Responsibilities
  • Support communication development including configuration, creation and testing.
  • Contribute to analysis work for document sets. Develop new documents and amend existing communications and documents.
  • Be a key contact point for issues and escalations.
  • Offer AXA Health colleagues advice on how their customer communications goals can be achieved.
  • Involvement with test processes. Ensure all developments and changes adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain template wording, composition, specifications and logic.
  • Build productive cross supplier, departmental and company relationships.
  • Mitigate delivery risk across marketing communications and document configuration through scenario planning, risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Work arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a marketing, sales, junior business analysis (BA) or admin role involving CRM systems such as Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp, dot Mailer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot or Hub Spot is required.
  • Alternatively, you could have experience in a role using a website content management system (CMS) such as Drupal or Optimizely.
  • Experience of technical development of documents, customer communications, including processes and fulfilment including NEXT, Smart Comms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Azure Dev Ops is preferred.
  • Pragmatic and logical thinking.
  • Organised with a methodical approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to take responsibility, manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Eligibility & Background Checks

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre‑employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
