Overview

Delivery Consultant role at Tie Talent. A client of ours is seeking a DV Cleared ICT Project Planner and Systems Implementation Specialist to work closely with project stakeholders in Defence, to ensure the successful delivery of ICT services. Your expertise will be pivotal in defining, organising, and implementing key project milestones, ensuring that all activities are meticulously planned and executed.

• Define, organise, and implement key project milestones for ICT services in defence.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of ICT services.
• Utilise project planning techniques to coordinate activities, timelines, and resources.
• Engage with SMEs and external resources as required to support testing and implementation.

• Developed Vetting (DV Clearance) and ability to work onsite 4-5 days p/w in Hampshire.
• Demonstrable experience aligning site implementations with business security policies and RMADS, based on SAC advice.
• Strong ability to conduct hardware and software tests, utilising SMEs and external resources as required.
• Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including cabling, equipment, hardware, and software.
• Proven experience in ICT project planning and systems implementation.
• Ability to produce project Commitment Cases and Requests for Financial Authority to spend.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrable experience challenging suppliers within defence to ensure plans are realistic, achievable, and value for money.
• Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g. SbD, JSP
  604, JSP
  440) and security policies.
