This is a full‑time, hybrid role based in the Bournemouth Area for a Recruitment Consultant. The role includes managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, consulting with clients on their hiring needs, identifying and sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to all stakeholders. The Recruitment Consultant will contribute to building and maintaining long‑term client and candidate relationships to achieve successful placements.

• Experience in Recruitment and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Consulting and advising clients on recruitment strategies
• Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate evaluation methods
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates effectively
• Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and databases
• Previous experience in the recruitment industry is necessary

Salary is negotiable with a genuine, uncapped, commission.
