Role Overview
The pay range for this role will be £28,142 - £31,537 (pro rata for part time colleagues). We’re looking forward to welcoming new colleagues under this refreshed framework of pay, terms, and conditions. To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. This reflects our commitment to equity across the organisation and aligns with the approach taken with existing staff during the transition.
While the starting salary is fixed, the role offers excellent scope for growth, meaningful contribution, and being part of a forward‑thinking team.

PositionWe’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Officer to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive and dynamic team, helping us deliver excellent HR and recruitment services. Part‑time Permanent role – 15 hours (Mon – Weds).
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support and advice to customers.
- Assist with HR processes and tasks that keep our services running smoothly.
- Coach managers on HR systems and processes to maintain accurate employment records throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Produce contracts and correspondence for employees and temporary staff.
- Support recruitment activities, including advertising posts and ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Raising purchase orders and invoices.
- Processing charge journals.
- Providing finance support via Dynamics F&O.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Patience and tenacity when supporting customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
