Recruitment Administrator

Location: Central Bournemouth

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm)

About the role

Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to gain and supercharge your recruitment skills? We’re recruiting for our Bournemouth‑based client, and they’re seeking someone who enjoys engaging in conversation, is excellent with people, and can take the initiative to solve problems independently.

You’ll serve as the company’s first impression, welcoming both prospective candidates and current sales team members. With a dynamic, motivated office atmosphere, our client seeks someone who is bubbly, energetic, and eager to help propel their business forward.

Recruitment Administrator Requirements
  • A vibrant and energetic personality
  • Willingness to commute to the Bournemouth office daily (this is a fully office‑based role)
  • A proactive, solution‑focused mindset
  • Confidence dealing with a diverse range of people
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use initiative in a varied role
  • A strong drive to meet targets and remain self‑motivated
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, as you’ll spend a large portion of time on the phone and speaking face‑to‑face
  • Previous experience in sales, administration, or recruitment is not required but would be an advantage
The role involves but may not be limited to:
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Managing recruitment for the office via phone, email and face‑to‑face
  • Willing to go to occasional networking and workshop events
  • Various associated administration tasks
  • Data entry and sales processing so being competent in Excel is a requirement
