Pay

Base pay range is available upon contact. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Role
  • Support the daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure a seamless guest experience, assisting the F&B Manager.
  • Supervise dining areas, manage rotas, maintain standards, assist during peak periods, order supplies, and familiarise yourself with our menu offerings.
  • Train the team, maximise revenue, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
  • Diploma or higher in hospitality management (or related field) desirable; relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent presentation, strong communication skills, and a customer service‑driven attitude.
Schedule
  • 7‑day a week business, 06:00 to 23:00.
  • Shift patterns vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays.
  • Evening availability for functions until 02:00.
