Location: Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole
Flexible shifts, 365 days a year (Incl. weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis)
Salary – £12.25 per hour (Rising to £13.25 per hour subject to skills assessment after 6 months)

The role- To support individuals to meet their goals and outcomes in health, well-being, and independence
- Assist individuals with their needs where required, whilst maintaining accurate records
- To work as part of a team as well as lone working within the community, providing 1:1 support
- Work with allocated individuals as their keyworker
- Adapt communication skills and care approach to meet the needs of the people we support in a way that promotes dignity and respect
- Support individuals with everyday tasks and activities of their choosing
- Support people with complex needs and who may present with behaviours that challenge.
- Motivated, honest, and approachable individuals who are great at building and nurturing relationships
- Ability to stay calm if challenges arise
- Experience of providing high levels of care and support to those with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that challenge
- Confident when lone working
- Aspirations to develop skills at the support worker level and beyond!
- UK Driving Licence with access to a car
- £250 welcome bonus for those with an adult social care DBS on the update service (paid after successful probation completion)
