Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 8 bed ABI home. The service is currently CQC "Good", however was audited by Fulcrum and received an "Outstanding".

The team at Willow Lodge are supported by our Clinical team, made up of RGN's and RNLD's, along side support from our PBS team.

• Experienced as a Registered Manager within Residential care
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Brain Injuries, Mental Health
• Demonstrates positive values
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice

• Salary - up to £45,000 per annum
• Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your salary
