Core Duties (Client Permanent Contracts)

The successful candidates will be placed into permanent contracts where duties typically include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supporting mobility and daily routines in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding as required.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided and ensuring a safe environment.
  • Effective communication with the care team and residents' families.
  • Minimum of 6 months UK paid experience as a Care Assistant or Senior Carer.
  • Reliability, compassion, and a professional commitment to a long-term role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
