We’re currently looking for a compassionate and dependable Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team. If you’re someone who brings calmness and reassurance, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing care and support to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
  • Responding to any incidents or emergencies with confidence and care
  • Providing emotional support to clients who may be restless or anxious
  • Carrying out routine checks and light administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a secure and calm environment in line with safeguarding policies

  • Previous experience in a support or care setting (desirable but not essential)
  • A kind, empathetic, and patient nature
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A genuine interest in addiction recovery and helping others

The Recruitment Process:

  • You will have an initial phone conversation with the talent acquisition specialist, which will be an informal chat and opportunity to ask questions about the position.
  • If you are successful in your initial phone conversation, you will be required to undertake an interview on-site or via video conference. (please note that if you have a video/in-person interview, you will be required to visit the centre at a later date for our 2nd stage interview)
  • Our shortlisted candidates will be notified if they are successful within 5 working days post interview.
