What you will do:

• Provide autonomous, person-centred occupational therapy for older adults with complex physical, cognitive, and functional needs.
• Complete holistic assessments, rehabilitation plans, and discharge planning while prioritising the well-being and independence of your patients.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for each individual.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting high standards of clinical practice and safeguarding.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and safeguard protocols for optimal patient outcomes.

You will need to be HCPC registered and hold a valid driving licence to navigate the picturesque landscapes of Bournemouth during home visits.
