Social Worker – Children In Care Team in Bournemouth (UK), earning £39.04 hourly. Full-time locum position for three months. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker with a strong background in supporting children within the care system to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive support to children within the care system, ensuring their well-being and development are prioritised.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and devise care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Work collaboratively with a range of professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to both the team and external stakeholders.
  • Commit to in-office work in the BCP area at least three days a week and utilise your own car to travel as an essential user.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in a statutory English local authority. A commitment to being office-based in the BCP area three days a week is essential, as is access to your own vehicle.
