Job Description
If you are passionate about working in a dynamic environment and dealing with complex inquiries, this role is for you. As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst in the Payment Operations Team, you will ensure daily production and KPI’s are met, delegating workflow, assisting team members with complex issues, approving work, leading, motivating, and coaching performance. You will make routine and complex business decisions that impact customers and finances.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor workflow of the unit, gather statistics for performance indicators, daily and monthly volumes.
- Provide training and necessary training tools to the team.
- Assist in completing daily work due to absences and scheduling conflicts to prevent losses.
- Maintain accounts under clearing standards, monitor daily for aging items, ensuring timely and proper clearance.
- Act as the first line of escalation for problems, identify system issues impacting customers, and suggest solutions.
- Assist the supervisor in tracking daily activity of team members, attendance, vacation and appointments, and complete quality assessments on time with timely feedback.
- Assist the supervisor in maintaining updated procedures on file for all team functions.
- Previous reconciliation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Leadership skills and the ability to interact with others.
- Good understanding of accounting/reconciliation concepts, RCP policies, and account transaction workflow.
- Strong research and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of PC and Microsoft suite of applications.
- Previous management experience.
- Relevant experience in bank operations and account experience.
