This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payouts Administrator at our Bournemouth office. The Payouts Administrator will be responsible for processing finance payouts, liaising with customers and dealers to verify financial and compliance documentation, and ensuring transaction accuracy. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with various departments for seamless operations, and addressing discrepancies efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Experience in documentation verification, compliance protocols, and financial processing
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with customers and partners
• Proficiency navigating online systems and platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in finance or car dealership operations is advantageous
• Familiarity with UK car finance regulations is a plus
