Financial Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a highly commercial business based in Christchurch, Dorset, who have the requirement to hire a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to start a role that offers proven development and progression whilst reporting to an excellent mentor figure.

What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

• Production of annual statutory accounts and group consolidated accounts
• Responsibility for the group balance sheet with regular review
• Oversight of group VAT and corporation tax
• Management of a small transactional team
• Regular business partnering with non finance stakeholders
• Support the Head of Finance with ongoing finance systems, efficiency projects.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy:

• Candidates will be ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist level
• Previous experience working at a similar seniority, ideally within a multi-entity environment
• Business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders
• Driven and keen to progress and develop further
