Near Bournemouth, Dorset – commutable from Poole, Ringwood, Verwood, Fordingbridge, Ferndown, Southampton, Lymington, Dorchester

We are a leading special‑purpose machinery manufacturer with over 60 years of industry experience. We are looking for a senior engineer to join our state‑of‑the‑art facility near Bournemouth. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design of electro‑mechanical machinery supplied to customers worldwide.

• Collaborate with internal teams to fault‑find and improve electrical systems
• Review machinery designs and processes for new and existing products
• Participate in design reviews, ensuring compliance with company, customer and industry standards
• Conduct fault‑finding and testing on electrical systems in partnership with production and engineering departments
• Work on equipment and designs with power ratings up to 10 kW as part of our growth programme for 2026

• Experience in electrical design within a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge of electro‑mechanical machinery and related standards
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a senior technical team
• Willingness to travel to the Bournemouth site and commute from Ringwood or nearby
