Site Engineer

Position: Site Engineer (Contract)
Hydroline Solutions Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team in Bournemouth. Matchtech is collaborating with a leading contractor in the water industry for this exciting long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing on-site activities related to water projects
Coordinating and supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained
Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Providing technical assistance and resolving any engineering issues that arise on-site
Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports
Understanding and managing pipework installation and maintenance
Utilising provided kit and equipment effectively to complete tasks

Job Requirements:

Experience in water industry engineering, specifically working on reservoirs or Southern Water projects
Strong understanding of pipework systems and their installation and maintenance
Ability to work effectively in a blue-collar environment
Proficient in site inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
