GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a supportive mainstream school in Bournemouth. This role is ideal for an educator who is committed to inspiring young learners and creating a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods to support students with different learning needs and abilities.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages student confidence and progress.
• Monitor and assess student development, providing feedback to promote academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student success.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or Overseas Trained Teacher.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• A passion for teaching and helping children reach their full potential.
• An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, with any gaps explained).
• An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
