The RoleAs Head of Religious Studies, you will:
- Shape and lead a broad and inclusive Religious Studies curriculum across KS3 and KS4 (with the option of KS5).
- Plan and deliver engaging, thought-provoking Religious Studies lessons that challenge and inspire.
- Promote interfaith understanding and critical thinking through Religious Studies.
- Support whole-school values and community ethos through assemblies and PSHE contributions in Religious Studies.
- Guide and mentor a small, committed team of Religious Studies teachers.
- Diverse, respectful student body with a strong interest in Religious Studies.
- Strong culture of collaboration and professional development in Religious Studies.
- Inclusive ethos that values creativity and innovation in Religious Studies teaching.
