• Shape and lead a broad and inclusive Religious Studies curriculum across KS3 and KS4 (with the option of KS5).
• Plan and deliver engaging, thought-provoking Religious Studies lessons that challenge and inspire.
• Promote interfaith understanding and critical thinking through Religious Studies.
• Support whole-school values and community ethos through assemblies and PSHE contributions in Religious Studies.
• Guide and mentor a small, committed team of Religious Studies teachers.
