We are delighted to be working in partnership with a network of welcoming, well-established primary schools across Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. These schools are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable and committed KS1 and KS2 Supply Teachers to join their trusted pool of staff from February 2026.
This role is ideal for teachers who value flexibility, enjoy variety and want to work in supportive school environments that match their teaching style. Whether your experience lies in KS1, KS2, or you feel confident across both key stages, we will prioritise placements that play to your strengths and preferences.
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with school planning and curriculum expectations
Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
Follow school policies relating to safeguarding, behaviour and learning
Communicate effectively with teaching staff and leadership teams to ensure continuity
Make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning, even in short-term placements
To be considered, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2
Demonstrate strong classroom management and adaptability
Be confident working across a variety of primary school settings
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ideally have access to your own vehicle to reach a wider range of schools
(Public transport is absolutely fine — this will not affect your suitability)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
