As our new Customer Service Advisor
, you will receive full training and support to engage with our customers, through inbound and outbound calls, to provide solutions and support for appliance repair and care.
- Proven experience in a customer service environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
- An empathetic approach to handling customer needs and concerns.
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
