💰 Competitive salary of £25,000, plus bonus

🕒 Full-time 37.5 hours per week (rotational Saturday shifts)

As our new Customer Service Advisor
, you will receive full training and support to engage with our customers, through inbound and outbound calls, to provide solutions and support for appliance repair and care.

• Proven experience in a customer service environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
• An empathetic approach to handling customer needs and concerns.
• A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
