This is an international company with multiple offices. The client are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join their financial services company based in Bournemouth as a Customer Service Administrator. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate customer service admin experience.
You will be responsible for responding to emails and letters sent by investors and professionals adhering to compliance and regulations.
- Responding to emails and letters from investors and professionals adhering to compliance and regulations.
- Prioritise queries and correspond with other departments when necessary to determine the root cause.
- Type and administer correspondence to clients / investors meeting deadlines.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all correspondence with customers and investors.
- Demonstrate customer service experience, ideally gained from the financial services industry, however this isn't essential.
