Role & Responsibilities of Building Surveyor
- Writing feasibility reports
- Project managing works on site in the capacity of Contract Administrator, Employers Agent or Project Manager
- Professional work including dilapidations
- Projects range in value from £50k up to £15m
Experience of Building Surveyor
- 3-5 years plus surveying experience
- Project & professional experience is advantageous but not essential
- £40-50k base salary (depending on experience)
- 25 days annual leave
- Support towards professional development
- Varied work
