Job Title: Building Safety Officer
Location: Bournemouth
Duration: 4 weeks
Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour +
Our client is seeking a Building Safety Officer to join their Asset and Compliance team for a short-term assignment. This is a new role within the team and plays a vital part in ensuring their buildings remain safe and compliant through a regular programme of checks and inspections.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine checks and inspections across properties in Bournemouth.
- Ensure fire alarms and other building safety systems are functioning correctly.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and internal standards.
- Report and elevate any safety concerns promptly.
- Knowledge of building safety and compliance standards.
- Ability to carry out inspections and record findings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
