Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based outside of Bournemouth. The business undertakes new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across several sectors including education, commercial and industrial typically valuing up to £10mil. Projects are predominantly administered via JCT forms of contract. As a result of continued success, they're now looking to expand the commercial team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the project commercially from estimator handover to final accounts. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently and report into the Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:
Manage sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations Liaise with clients and undertake valuations Deal with final accounts Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role: HNC / Degree qualified Experience working within a main contractor Have the full right to work in the UK Live in a commutable distance to Bournemouth Whats on offer in return:
